Join Jennifer for a gentle Hatha Yoga practice. Hatha is the yoga of balance and is designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
Please do bring a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket and something to cover your eyes. Class will take place in the cinema on the south. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your practice space.
There must be at least 5 people registered by 9am the day of to make the class a go, please look out for an email announcement. Email Jennifer at [email protected] with any questions you may have.
Jennifer holds a 500 hour yoga teacher training distinction and is registered with Yoga Alliance. With 600 hours of advanced yoga training through SWIHA and SOY, she is certified in I AM Yoga Nidra™ and Yin, Yoga for Post Traumatic Stress (PTS), Hatha Gong™ Prenatal and Restorative Yoga.
