This is an upbeat Vinyasa flow style class which will acquaint practitioners with the fundamental poses (asanas), focusing on breathing techniques (pranayama) and alignment principles that build a solid foundation for a flowing Vinyasa yoga practice.
Please bring a yoga mat.
